Survey projects were managed across different tools with limited visibility of respondent progress, partner performance, and project status. Manual survey link management and respondent tracking increased operational effort and made quality control difficult.
Solution
Developed a centralized survey management platform for managing clients, partners, projects, quality screening, and respondent tracking. The platform automates survey link generation, monitors respondent status in real time, and provides complete project visibility through a single admin system.

A partner management module for maintaining partner information, redirect URL settings, and survey distribution. Each partner receives dedicated survey links for respondent tracking.
Quality Gate
A configurable pre-survey screening system supporting custom screening questions, immediate termination logic, minimum passing rules, Geo-IP validation, country restrictions, and duplicate detection to improve respondent quality.
Respondent Management
A respondent tracking module that records Quality Gate results, survey status, partner information, GID mapping, survey duration (LOI), and supports searching, filtering, and Excel export.
User & Permission Management
